Event Details:
Cryotherapy session averages about 10 minutes to prepare and receive therapy. 3 appointments per 30 minutes are alloted to allow for rotation of attendees through check-in, change room, and cryo chamber to remain socially distant and allow for sanitation of all used areas.
NormaTec sessions average about 15 minutes to prepare and receive massage. 2 appointments per 30 minutes are alloted to allow for rotation of attendees through check-in and massage to remain socially distant and allow for sanitation of all used areas.
Upon completion of scheduled appointment, members must leave the facility to keep facility open for rotation of appointments.
