Swim Clinic

Our sister Tri club, ITC, will be hosting two swim clinics and they have very generously extended our club the opportunity to join them.  ITC Co-Presidents, Emilie and Sarah, are both former colligate swimmers and USA Swim Coaches.  Clinics will be held at University of Buffalo Alumni Arena on March 23rd and April 27th, both at 8am. There will be 4 lanes available.  You can expect a technique oriented clinic (working on body alignment and breathing) and a workout oriented clinic. They willl individualize both clinics to members' abilities. We will provide a waiver for BTC members to sign upon arrival. Members can park in the "La Salle" lot by Alumni.
